This is what the new Tumblr ‘Fan Mail’ interface looks like (although it doesn’t appear functional at the moment).
You may see a bright blue button towards the top right in the Message section.
CORRECTION - it may work … in the ‘Send to’ section, the name of the Tumblr blog has to be precise …
